I am a returning client of Anat's and Win Win Mortgages, and the mortgage that Anat secured for me was great. The payments are affordable, and I paid off all that I wanted. It’s a great feeling to realize that I can save some money every month instead of struggling. Her communication is wonderful, and I really like talking to Anat on phone, text and email. I could still get all of my mortgage done without taking any time off of work. Only meeting with Anat once was wonderful and so convenient. Anat is very straightforward, and is good at going step by step. She didn’t give me too much info at once and always checked in with me along the way. We utilized Anat and Win Win’s mortgage services. I appreciated her knowledge of the whole process, and how on top of things she is. She follows up with everything so that I felt completely taken care of. Anat is always very clear and concise with our time and with what needs to be covered, so there were no surprises along the way. It feels like Anat really has my back and is acting in my best interests. It was really comfortable to work with her, rather than some far away institution. We were being securely shepherded through process, and things were really stable. When we started this process, it seemed like it wouldn’t be doable at all, like we were completely stopped. In utilizing Anat’s mortgage services, I liked the convenience of not having to go into a bank and have them up sell me things I don’t really want. That's annoying.
