I work with over 40 lenders across Canada that offer a wide variety of mortgage solutions.

Some of these are traditional banks whose names you’d recognize.

Others are public or private companies that are equally as reputable, that choose to advertise through the Broker channel, rather than through traditional means (TV, radio, magazine, etc).

Either way, the majority of these lenders have been in business successfully for many years. Before you sign a mortgage commitment that I procure for you, the name of the lender will be openly disclosed. At that time, you are welcome to ask me any questions about them, and to do any research on them that you’d like.
